We are looking for a skilled and reliable Dropshipping Expert who has hands-on experience managing stores on eBay, Walmart, and Amazon. The ideal candidate should understand the full dropshipping workflow, from product research to order fulfillment and customer service, and must be comfortable working night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize dropshipping stores on eBay, Walmart, and Amazon
Conduct winning product research and competitor analysis
Create and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing)
Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time
Handle order tracking and resolve shipment issues
Monitor account health and performance metrics
Manage customer messages and returns professionally
Work with suppliers and ensure smooth inventory flow
Follow platform policies to avoid account suspensions
Requirements
Minimum 1 year proven experience in dropshipping
Strong working knowledge of eBay, Walmart, and Amazon seller platforms
Experience with product research tools (e.g., Zik Analytics, Helium 10, etc.) is a plus
Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work night shift consistently
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated and responsible attitude
